기본 목표:
I. 이필리무맙 + 베바시주맙 대 이필리무맙 단독을 받은 환자의 전체 생존을 비교하기 위함.
2차 목표:
I. 이필리무맙 + 베바시주맙 대 이필리무맙 단독 투여 환자에서 무진행 생존, 반응률 및 안전성을 평가하기 위함.
II. ipilimumab + bevacizumab 대 ipilimumab 단독 투여 환자에서 면역 관련 반응 기준(irRC)의 유용성을 평가합니다.
개요: 환자는 2개의 팔 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.
팔 A:
유도 요법: 환자는 제1일에 90분에 걸쳐 정맥 주사(IV)로 이필리무맙을 투여받습니다. 치료는 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 4주기 동안 21일마다 반복됩니다.
유지 요법: 주기 8을 시작으로 환자는 제1일에 90분에 걸쳐 ipilimumab IV를 투여받습니다. 질병 진행이나 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 주기는 12주마다 반복됩니다.
팔 B:
유도 요법: 환자는 1일차에 90분 동안 ipilimumab IV를, 30-90분 동안 bevacizumab IV를 투여받습니다. 치료는 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 4주기 동안 21일마다 반복됩니다.
