2차 목표:

I. 파클리탁셀과 에파투타존의 병용에 대한 전체 생존(OS), 반응 기간, 무진행 생존(PFS) 및 이상반응 발생률을 추정하기 위함.

I. 임상 결과 데이터와 바이오마커의 연관성은 탐색적 번역 분석에서 평가될 것입니다.

개요:

환자는 제1일에 3시간에 걸쳐 파클리탁셀을 정맥내(IV) 투여하고 제1일 내지 제21일에 에파투타존 디히드로클로라이드를 1일 2회 경구(BID) 투여한다. 과정은 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 21일마다 반복됩니다.
