  • 환자는 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 IV기(American Joint Committee on Cancer[AJCC] 7판) 또는 재발성 비소세포폐암(NSCLC)이 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 EGFR 엑손 19 결손 또는 엑손 21(L858R) 치환 돌연변이의 존재를 기록해야 합니다. T790M 돌연변이 또는 기타 분자 이상은 위에 나열된 돌연변이 중 하나를 동반하는 한 허용됩니다. EGFR 검사는 FDA(Food and Drug Administration) 승인 검사를 사용하거나 CLIA(Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) 인증 검사실에서 수행해야 합니다.
  • 환자는 사용 가능한 조직을 가지고 있어야 하며 조직 및 혈액 제출에 동의해야 합니다. 1~2개의 파라핀 내장 조직 블록 또는 15-20개의 염색되지 않은 슬라이드가 요청됩니다(최소 12개의 슬라이드가 필요함). 세포학(즉, 미세 바늘 흡인, 흉막 삼출액 검체)는 세포 블록 또는 충분한 염색되지 않은 슬라이드를 사용할 수 있는 경우 허용됩니다. 종양 물질은 최소 100개의 생존 가능한 종양 세포가 샘플에 존재하는지 확인하고 S1403 병리학 검토 양식에 서명해야 하는 지역 병리학자가 검토해야 합니다. 환자는 또한 기준선, 치료 중 및 진행 시 상관 연구를 위해 혈액 샘플을 기꺼이 제출해야 합니다.
  • 반복 생검 연구에 참여하는 기관에 등록된 환자는 질병 진행 시 수행되는 반복 생검으로 얻은 조직 제출에 동의해야 합니다.
  • 환자는 화학 요법 또는 EGFR 티로신 키나제 억제제 요법(게피티닙, 에를로티닙, 아파티닙 또는 모든 실험적 EGFR 티로신 키나제 억제제[TKI] 제제 포함)을 포함하여 진행성 또는 전이성 질환에 대해 이전에 전신 항암 요법을 받은 적이 없어야 합니다. 비전이성 질환에 대한 사전 화학요법(즉, 보조 요법 또는 병행 화학-방사선 요법)은 요법 완료 후 > 12개월이 경과하는 한 허용됩니다. 보조 EGFR 지시 요법은 허용되지 않습니다. 국소 요법(즉, 완화 방사선 요법)은 마지막 선량을 받은 후 7일이 경과하고 환자가 등록 당시 관련 독성에서 회복된 경우 허용됩니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 42일 이내에 컴퓨터 단층촬영(CT) 또는 자기공명영상(MRI)으로 기록된 측정 가능하거나 측정 불가능한 질병이 있을 수 있습니다. 결합된 양전자 방출 단층 촬영(PET)/CT의 CT는 진단 품질이 있는 경우에만 사용할 수 있습니다. 실험실 매개변수는 질병의 유일한 증거로 받아들여지지 않습니다. 측정 가능한 것으로 인정되기 위해서는 측정 가능한 질병이 이전 방사선장 밖에 있어야 합니다. 모든 질병은 기본 종양 평가 양식(고형 종양의 반응 평가 기준[RECIST] 1.1)에 평가되고 문서화되어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 42일 이내에 중추신경계(CNS) 질환을 평가하기 위해 뇌의 CT 또는 MRI 스캔을 받아야 합니다. 환자는 증상이 있는 뇌 전이 또는 연수막 암종증의 증거가 없어야 합니다. 증상이 없는 뇌전이 환자는 등록 전 최소 7일 동안 스테로이드를 끊고 증상이 나타나지 않으면 자격이 있습니다.
  • 환자는 알려진 임상적으로 활성인 간질성 폐 질환이 없어야 합니다.

  • 환자는 경구 경로를 통해 약물을 삼킬 수 있어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 6개월 이내에 제어되지 않는 고혈압, 울혈성 심부전(NYHA) 분류 3, 불안정 협심증 또는 제대로 조절되지 않는 부정맥 또는 심근 경색과 같은 임상적으로 관련된 심혈관 이상 병력이 없어야 합니다. 임상적으로 지시된 경우 심초음파 또는 MUGA(Multigated Acquisition)를 수행해야 하며 심장 박출률이 >= 50%여야 합니다.
  • 환자는 등록 전 28일 이내에 대수술을 받지 않았거나 계획된 프로토콜 치료 과정 동안 수술 일정이 잡혀 있지 않아야 합니다. 종양 생검이 허용됩니다
  • 환자는 활동성 B형 간염 감염(B형 간염 표면 항원[Hep B sAg] 및/또는 Hep B 데옥시리보핵산[DNA]의 존재로 정의됨), 활동성 C형 간염 감염(C형 간염 존재로 정의됨)의 알려진 병력이 없어야 합니다. Hep C] 리보핵산[RNA]) 및/또는 알려진 인간 면역결핍 바이러스(HIV) 혈청양성
  • 환자는 연구자의 의견에 따라 환자의 안전을 위협하거나 연구 약물의 안전성 평가를 방해할 수 있는 다른 수반되는 심각한 질병 또는 장기 시스템 기능 장애가 없어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 프로토콜 치료 과정 중에 다른 조사 대상 물질을 받을 계획이 없어야 합니다.
  • 환자는 아파티닙 및/또는 세툭시맙과 유사한 화학적 또는 생물학적 구성의 화합물로 인한 알레르기 반응의 병력이 없어야 합니다.
  • Prestudy 병력 및 신체 검사는 등록 28일 전에 획득해야 합니다.
