I. MYC/BCL2 이중 적중 및 이중 발현 림프종에서 R-화학요법 + 베네토클락스 대 R-화학요법 단독의 전체 생존(OS)을 비교하기 위함. (핵심 2차 목표) II. MYC/BCL2 이중 적중 및 이중 발현 림프종에서 R-화학요법 + venetoclax 대 R-화학요법 단독의 무사건 생존(EFS)을 비교합니다.

III. CTCAE(Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events) 및 환자 보고 결과(PRO)-CTCAE를 사용하여 MYC/BCL2 이중 적중 및 이중 발현 림프종에서 실험 요법의 독성 프로필을 평가합니다.

IV. MYC/BCL2 이중 적중 및 이중 발현 림프종에서 R-화학요법 + venetoclax 대 R-화학요법 단독의 반응률을 비교합니다.

V. 각각의 질병 하위 유형(이중 적중 림프종[DHL] 및 이중 발현 림프종[DEL]) 내에서 R-화학요법 + 베네토클락스 대 R-화학요법 단독의 반응률, EFS, PFS 및 OS의 차이를 추정하기 위해.

  • 미만성 거대 B 세포 림프종(DLBCL) 또는 고급 B 세포 림프종(HGBCL)의 병리학적 진단. 적격 하위 유형에는 달리 명시되지 않은 DLBCL(NOS), 엡스타인 바 바이러스 양성(EBV+) DLBCL 및 기본 무통성 B 세포 림프종에서 변형된 DLBCL/HGBCL이 포함됩니다. T 세포/조직구가 풍부한 대형 B 세포 림프종 및 원발성 종격동 B 세포 림프종 환자는 자격이 없습니다.
