• 방사선학적으로 확인된 전신 전이성 질환 부위가 5개 이상으로 정의된 다발성 전이암 환자(두개내 질환 제외)
- 다음 4가지 고위험 기준 중 적어도 하나를 충족하는 것으로 정의되는 "고위험" 무증상 뼈 전이("최대" 통증 항목에서 단기 통증 목록(BPI) 점수 < 5):
  - 뼈의 부피가 큰 질병 부위(≥ 2 cm);
  - 고관절(비구, 대퇴골두, 대퇴경부), 어깨(견봉, 관절와, 상완골두) 또는 천장관절과 관련된 질병;
  - 피질 두께의 최대 2/3를 차지하는 긴 뼈(상완골, 요골, 척골, 쇄골, 대퇴골, 경골, 비골, 중수골, 지골)의 질병; 및/또는
  - 척추 접합부(C7-T1, T12-L1, L5-S1) 질환 및/또는 후외측 요소(척추경 및/또는 후관절) 침범이 있는 질환
  - 참고: 흉골, 갈비뼈 및 견갑골은 편평한 뼈로 정의되므로 이러한 위치의 병변은 부피가 큰 경우에만 포함됩니다.
- 모든 유형의 고형 종양 환자(다발성 골수종 제외)
- 환자는 CT 흉부/복부/골반 또는 신체 양전자 방출 단층촬영(PET)/CT를 포함한 표준 진료 진단 영상을 통해 전신 질환 평가를 받아야 하며 방사선 보고서도 이용 가능합니다.
- 치료된 뇌 전이가 있고 알려진 연수막 질환이 없는 환자는 등록 전에 이러한 병변을 치료한 경우 적격합니다.
