这项研究旨在评估音乐干预对精神疲劳下高尔夫特定技能表现的影响。
它是一种随机,控制的双盲设计。
该研究包括三个主要阶段:熟悉实验程序,基线测试和正式实验。
在正式实验期间,参与者将被随机分配给以下三组之一:(MF-MU组)参与者执行精神疲劳诱导任务,然后进行音乐干预; (MF-NMU小组)参与者执行精神疲劳诱导任务,但没有接受音乐干预; (CON组)参与者既没有接受精神疲劳诱导任务,也没有接受音乐干预。
总干预持续时间为45分钟,包括30分钟的精神疲劳诱导和15分钟的音乐干预。
在未进行精神疲劳感应或音乐干预的条件下,参与者将保持在相同的实验环境中,并安静地静静地在相同的持续时间内控制外部混杂因素并确保实验性一致性。
