Inclusion Criteria:
- Diagnosed psoriasis patients
- Age between 18 and 65 years
- Both male and female participants
- Participants willing to provide informed consent
- Participants experiencing psychological distress
Exclusion Criteria:
- Under the age of 18 years will be excluded.
- Patients with severe psychiatric disorders
- Patients currently receiving other psychological therapies
- Patients with serious medical or neurological conditions
- Participants unwilling to continue the intervention sessions
- Patients with cognitive impairment affecting participation

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) will be administered to psoriasis patients to reduce psychological distress and improve self-compassion and mental health locus of control.
