Efficacy and Safety of a Standard Titration Algorithm Coupled With a Conventional Dietary Intervention or Intensive Dietary Intervention Versus a Standard Titration Algorithm, Alone, in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Initiating NovoLog® Mix 70/30 Therapy
