Inclusion Criteria:
- Subjects with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer
- KPS > 70%
- Life expectancy of at least 3 months
Exclusion Criteria:
- received previous chemotherapy for the current indication
- received previous radiotherapy for the current indication
- Currently receiving chemotherapy
