Inclusion Criteria:
- Females with histological/cytological confirmation of breast cancer.
- Subjects with a measurable lesion or bone lesions
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous radiotherapy within 6 weeks
- Significant cardiac events, arrhythmias or other cardiac conditions
