Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- age between 18-65y
- moderate depression (CIM 10)
- first or second episode
- able to read and understand French language
Exclusion Criteria:
- psychotic symptoms
- severe depression
- bipolar disorder
- suicide risk
- substance abuse
