Inclusion Criteria:

  • diagnosed osteo or rheumatoid arthritis
  • Oral NSAIDs were not deemed appropriate treatment
  • Completed diclofenac sensitivity patch test with negative result
  • Signed informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria:

  • At the discretion of the physician and HPB
