Survey of Knowledge, Practice, and Recommendation Behaviors Regarding Healthy Lifestyles Among Healthcare Workers

April 8, 2026 updated by: Jiangsu Taizhou People's Hospital

Investigation of Healthy Lifestyle Knowledge, Practice, and Recommendation Behaviors Among Healthcare Workers Across Different Levels of Healthcare Institutions

This cross-sectional observational study aims to assess healthy lifestyle knowledge, personal health practices, and lifestyle recommendation behaviors among healthcare workers across different levels of healthcare institutions. The study will also collect clinical examination and biochemical indicators to evaluate the health status of participants and explore their associations with lifestyle-related knowledge and behaviors.

Healthcare workers play a critical role in promoting healthy lifestyles among patients; however, their own health behaviors and recommendations may vary depending on training background and institutional settings. This study seeks to better understand these differences and identify potential gaps between knowledge and practice.

The findings of this study may help inform targeted training strategies and support the development of effective health promotion programs for healthcare professionals, ultimately improving the quality of lifestyle guidance provided to patients.
