Email Program Manager

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Email Program Manager at DMD serves as an integral part the Email Services team by supporting client projects. The focus of this position will center on supporting and managing digital campaigns within the email channel as well as the maintenance and operations of email data.  A successful Email Project Manager will display fluency and experience in executing the project according to the project plan.  The Email Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the operations of email maintenance and ensuring email updates, unsubscribe, opt-out are completed in a timely manner.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 

Email Maintenance

• Daily monitor of DMD email inboxes for updates to the database
• Processing files and keeping track of reporting
• Email seeding and violations reporting

Client Relations

• Build strong rapport and establish himself/herself as trusted member of the team to client
• Demonstrates knowledge and expertise with DMD’s product and service offerings
• Visit client sites as designated by supervisor

Project Management

Execute the project according to the project plan

• Set up and manage files and ensure all project information is appropriately documented
• Execute tasks, including list pulls, report pulls, email testing/deployments, and Live (Deployment) file creation.
• Manage the MLR submission process
