Strategic Business Impact\u00A0

The\u00A0DLDP\u00A0is a two-year program set to occur between\u00A0July 20, 2027 \u2013 July 2029. Participants will complete\u00A0four, six-month rotations\u00A0that provide strategic direction while gaining\u00A0proficiency\u00A0with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will\u00A0include:\u00A0formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship,\u00A0utilization\u00A0of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI)\u00A0methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni.\u00A0

Compensation\u00A0

Our\u00A0DLDP\u00A0offers a starting salary of\u00A0$94,000\u00A0in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.\u00A0\u00A0

Academic Background & Work Experience:\u00A0

  • Undergraduate\u00A0student completing a\u00A0Bachelor\u2019s\u00A0degree between\u00A0December 2026 \u2013 June 2027\u00A0in one of the following:\u00A0Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering/Programming,\u00A0or related field of study.\u00A0

  • 1+ years\u00A0of\u00A0Digital, Data Science, or IT-related work experience (i.e.\u00A0work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).\u00A0\u00A0

Leadership Profile:\u00A0

  • Proven leadership experience with\u00A0a track record\u00A0of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.\u00A0

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.\u00A0

  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.\u00A0

  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.\u00A0

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is \u2013.
