Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Business Partnering & P&L Management of the Information Center of Excellence (COE)
Financial Management of multiple functional areas including Client Services, Marketing, Product Mgmt, Strategy & Portfolio planning
Presents budget and forecast analysis and presentations for senior management.
Leads the monthly management forecast process for the Information COE and functional areas
Analyzes monthly results versus forecast & identify key growth drivers, trends, risks, opportunities
Variance analysis & mitigation strategies
Monthly Closing Activities (Accruals, Prepaids, EBA, WIP)
Balance sheet reconciliations
Manage Incentive compensation plan modeling, tracking and payouts (as needed)
FTE & Other OPEX Controlling
Development & management of the Annual budget and Monthly Forecasts
Assist with Investment case development & SW deferrals (as needed)
M&A integration & support (as needed)
Various ad-hoc projects and requests
Provides direction and guidance to Financial Analysts.
Minimum Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
- Experience in financial systems and databases.
Other Graduate degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus.
- Proven record of results working with senior management.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements.
- Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential. Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, SAP or Oracle Preferred
- High level of integrity and self-confidence.
