Labcorp is seeking an Assistant Team Manager, Data Programming to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team members including but not limited to:

o\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed upon service levels.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Manage the workload balance within their team and participate in resource management across all global teams.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure the consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Data Management objectives.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action when appropriate.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Initiate educational sessions with team members and others as needed.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure consistency and implementation of global processes and procedures.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Conduct timely performance review and monthly meetings to provide feedback to employees.\u00A0

o\u00A0\u00A0 Manage delivery KPIs and implementation and execution of initiatives defined by senior leadership.

  • Coach and mentor team members for implementation of Individual Development Plans.
  • Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
  • Represent team in department level meetings

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Life Science

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science

5-years of experience in the clinical trials process and pharmaceutical industry including past 0-2 years of supervisory and/or management experience.

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Manage day-to-day project-related activities with team members.

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Liaise with Global Stakeholders and Sponsor Specific Data Managers for on time delivery.

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Accountable for implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics and for taking corrective action when appropriate.

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Accountable for the overall review of the clinical data specifications to ensure feasibility, making appropriate recommendations and advice to the stakeholders/customer and Labcorp personnel, including assigned Account Executive(s) (if applicable).

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure the seamless integration of the global clinical data management services (if applicable).

\u00A8\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all complaints, issues and concerns for assigned customers/stakeholders.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure all customer/stakeholders expectations are documented and acted upon when appropriate.

o\u00A0\u00A0 Assist in communicating, measuring, and documenting adherence to standards for performance as set by the senior management.
