YHTEENVETO:

Osallistujat toimittavat kahdenvälisen seulontamammografian, joka on otettu ennen kaikkea syöpähoitoa ja 8 viikon sisällä ennen rekisteröintiä numeroon A011502, sekä vuotuisen kahdenvälisen mammografian mahdollisimman lähellä vuoden A011502 rekisteröinnin jälkeen ja mahdollisimman lähellä 2 vuotta A011502 rekisteröinnin jälkeen. . Kuvaus

Sisällyttämiskriteerit:

  • On oltava joko samanaikaisesti rekisteröitynyt tai aiemmin rekisteröitynyt Alliance A011502:een. Tukikelpoiset potilaat voivat olla joko pre- tai postmenopausaaleja.
  • Potilailla on oltava joko hormonireseptorinegatiivinen rintasyöpä tai ER+-potilaita, jotka ovat saaneet hormonihoidon (esim. tamoksifeeni, aromataasi-inhibiittorit) loppuun vähintään 6 kuukautta ennen A011502-rekisteröintiä.

  • Potilailla on oltava lähtötilanteen rintojen tiheysmittaus, joka on määritelty jollakin seuraavista tavoista:

    • >= 25 % rintojen tiheys, tai
    • Hajallaan olevat fibroglandulaarisen tiheyden alueet tai
    • Rintojen koostumuksen luokka b, c tai d rintojen kuvantamisraportointi- ja tietojärjestelmän (BI-RADS) 2013 mukaan.

  • Ennen rekisteröintiä otettu digitaalinen seulontamammografia (mediolateral [MLO] ja kraniokaudaalinen [CC]) on oltava saatavilla lähetystä varten.

    • Potilaat, jotka ilmoittautuvat samanaikaisesti Alliance A011502:een: Digitaalisen mammografian perusseulonta on otettava 8 viikon kuluessa ennen rekisteröintiä numeroon A211601. Jos lähtötason mammografiaa ei ole saatavilla 8 viikon sisällä, uusi seulontamammografia on tehtävä ennen Alliance A011502 -hoitoa.
    • Potilaat, jotka ilmoittautuvat jälkikäteen: Potilaan aikaisemman rutiinimammografiatutkimuksen on oltava 1 vuoden sisällä ennen rekisteröintiä numeroon A011502.

Verrataan 1 vuoden mammografista prosenttitiheyttä (MPD) kontralateraalisessa (saavuttomassa) rinnassa aspiriini- ja plasebohaarojen välillä. Kovarianssianalyysiä (ANCOVA) mukauttamalla lähtötason MPD:tä käytetään MPD:n vertailuun 1 vuoden kohdalla haarojen välillä. Perustason MPD:n mukautuksen jälkeen päätellään, että 1 vuoden MPD on tilastollisesti erilainen kahden haaran välillä, jos vastaava kaksipuolinen p-arvo on pienempi kuin 0,05. Jos ensisijaisen muuttujan normaalius on kyseenalainen, niin muuttujamuunnos tai ei-parametrinen Wilcoxonin rank-sum testi yksinkertaisilla MPD-arvoilla voidaan harkita vaihtoehtoisina lähestymistavoina.
