Une étude épidémiologique rétrospective sur l'incidence et l'état du traitement des patients hospitalisés atteints de lésions hépatiques induites par des médicaments en Chine continentale

Il s'agit d'une étude épidémiologique multicentrique, à recrutement ouvert, rétrospective, non interventionnelle, sans aucun traitement clinique. Son objectif principal est de comprendre 1) l'incidence des lésions hépatiques d'origine médicamenteuse, y compris les incidences chez tous les patients hospitalisés, parmi les patients du service des maladies hépatiques, des maladies digestives, de l'oncologie, de l'hématologie, etc., individuellement ; 2) caractéristiques épidémiologiques des lésions hépatiques d'origine médicamenteuse, y compris les médicaments suspectés, les types cliniques, les caractéristiques histologiques, la gravité et les résultats.

Description détaillée

Il enquête sur les dossiers médicaux des patients hospitalisés de 2012 à 2014. Ces patients doivent être diagnostiqués comme une lésion hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse, une maladie hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse, une hépatite d'origine médicamenteuse, une hépatocirrhose d'origine médicamenteuse, une insuffisance hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse ou tout autre diagnostic similaire de nature d'atteinte hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse.

Patients hospitalisés entre 2012 et 2014.

La description

Critère d'intégration:

Tout patient hospitalisé chez qui on a diagnostiqué une lésion hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse, une maladie hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse, une hépatite d'origine médicamenteuse, une hépatocirrhose d'origine médicamenteuse, une insuffisance hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse ou tout autre diagnostic similaire de nature d'atteinte hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse.
L'atteinte hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse et un diagnostic similaire n'ont pas exclu la possibilité d'une nature induite par le médicament.

Critère d'exclusion:

Atteinte hépatique non médicamenteuse confirmée.
Données cliniques insuffisantes pour étayer le diagnostic d'atteinte hépatique d'origine médicamenteuse.
Les dommages au foie résultaient de poisons et de produits chimiques.
