En retrospektiv epidemiologisk studie om incidens och behandlingsstatus för sjukhusinlagda läkemedelsinducerade leverskadapatienter i Kina

Detta är en multicenter, retrospektiv, icke-interventionell epidemiologisk studie med öppen inskrivning utan någon klinisk behandling. Dess primära mål är att förstå 1) förekomsten av läkemedelsinducerad leverskada, inklusive förekomsten bland alla inlagda patienter, bland patienter på avdelningar för leversjukdomar, matsmältningssjukdomar, onkologi, hematologi etc., individuellt; 2) epidemiologiska egenskaper hos läkemedelsinducerad leverskada, inklusive misstänkta mediciner, kliniska typer, histologiska egenskaper, svårighetsgrad och resultat.

Den undersöker journaler för patienter som var inlagda på sjukhus under 2012 till 2014. Dessa patienter ska diagnostiseras som läkemedelsinducerad leverskada, läkemedelsinducerad leversjukdom, läkemedelsinducerad hepatit, läkemedelsinducerad hepatocirrhos, läkemedelsinducerad leversvikt eller någon annan liknande diagnos av läkemedelsinducerad leverskada.

Beskrivning

Inklusionskriterier:

Alla sjukhuspatienter som diagnostiserades som läkemedelsinducerad leverskada, läkemedelsinducerad leversjukdom, läkemedelsinducerad hepatit, läkemedelsinducerad hepatocirros, läkemedelsinducerad leversvikt eller någon annan liknande diagnos av läkemedelsinducerad leverskada.
Den läkemedelsinducerade leverskadan och liknande diagnos uteslöts inte möjligheten av läkemedelsinducerad natur.

Exklusions kriterier:

Bekräftad icke-läkemedelsinducerad leverskada.
Otillräckliga kliniska data som stöder diagnosen läkemedelsinducerad leverskada.
Leverskada berodde på gifter och kemikalier.
