Este es un estudio epidemiológico multicéntrico, de inscripción abierta, retrospectivo, no intervencionista y sin ningún tratamiento clínico.
Su objetivo principal es comprender 1) la incidencia de lesión hepática inducida por fármacos, incluidas las incidencias entre todos los pacientes hospitalizados, entre pacientes en el departamento de enfermedades hepáticas, enfermedades digestivas, oncología, hematología, etc., individualmente; 2) características epidemiológicas de la lesión hepática inducida por fármacos, incluidos los medicamentos sospechosos, los tipos clínicos, las características histológicas, la gravedad y los resultados.

Este es un estudio epidemiológico multicéntrico, de inscripción abierta, retrospectivo, no intervencionista y sin ningún tratamiento clínico. Su objetivo principal es comprender 1) la incidencia de lesión hepática inducida por fármacos, incluidas las incidencias entre todos los pacientes hospitalizados, entre pacientes en el departamento de enfermedades hepáticas, enfermedades digestivas, oncología, hematología, etc., individualmente; 2) características epidemiológicas de la lesión hepática inducida por fármacos, incluidos los medicamentos sospechosos, los tipos clínicos, las características histológicas, la gravedad y los resultados.
Investiga los registros médicos de los pacientes que fueron hospitalizados durante 2012 a 2014. Esos pacientes deben ser diagnosticados como lesión hepática inducida por fármacos, enfermedad hepática inducida por fármacos, hepatitis inducida por fármacos, hepatocirrosis inducida por fármacos, insuficiencia hepática inducida por fármacos o cualquier otro diagnóstico similar de naturaleza de lesión hepática inducida por fármacos.

Pacientes que fueron hospitalizados durante 2012 a 2014.
Descripción
Criterios de inclusión:
- Cualquier paciente hospitalizado que haya sido diagnosticado de daño hepático inducido por medicamentos, enfermedad hepática inducida por medicamentos, hepatitis inducida por medicamentos, hepatocirrosis inducida por medicamentos, insuficiencia hepática inducida por medicamentos o cualquier otro diagnóstico similar de naturaleza de daño hepático inducido por medicamentos.
- La lesión hepática inducida por fármacos y diagnósticos similares no excluyeron la posibilidad de naturaleza inducida por fármacos.
Criterio de exclusión:
- Lesión hepática confirmada no inducida por fármacos.
- Datos clínicos insuficientes que apoyen el diagnóstico de lesión hepática inducida por fármacos.
- La lesión hepática resultó de venenos y productos químicos.
