SAS Programmer - Reference Laboratory

Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based SAS Programmer to join our team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Setup, validate, and maintain SAS programs;
• Program and validate analysis database in SAS;
• Prepare Data Transfer Specifications;
• Program edit checks, including those for external data;
• Import external data into analysis database; and
• Coordinate communication with Data Manager and/or external database providers regarding database specifications and data transfers.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in a math or information science field);
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team environment with data managers, data coordinators, statisticians, and programmers; and
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• SAS or SQL experience preferred.
