- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
- Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, tec...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline)
- 2+ years of people management/leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
- Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
- Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
- Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
- Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
- Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
