Job Description

Join our team as a Labeling Operations Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to global healthcare and scientific advancement. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible to build and direct a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design professionals to manage print-on-demand label operations for the Filtration & Separation Division. As a global leader, you'll have responsibility for the deployment & administration of a global labeling solution for the division. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with global operations, and provide leadership for a global systems platform for the division.
REQUIREMENTS:
  •  Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in operations or related fields
  •  Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, tec...) or related STEM field of study (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline)
  • 2+ years of people management/leadership experience
  •  Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
  •  Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards
  •  Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
  •  Advanced communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external customers
  •  Experience with print-on-demand labeling solutions, with a preference for Loftware solutions
  •  Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  •  Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
  •  Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
  •  Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive operational excellence
  •  Strong understanding of packaging and labeling processes, materials, and industry requirements
  •  Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
  •  Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.
