Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team!

Work Schedule:\u00A0Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Pacific Time Zone.\u00A0During Training for about 3 months: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Pacific Time Zone.

Job Responsibilities:\u00A0

• Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
  • Patient creation
  • Order creation
  • Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
  • Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
  • Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
  • Quality control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
  • Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
  • Communication\u00A0with our Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed
  • Meet established SLAs and OKRs
• Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team lead:
  • Report maintenance
  • Compliance activities
  • Team meetings and training

Minimum Qualifications:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent\u00A0\u00A0

• 1 or more years\u2019 experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field\u00A0\u00A0

Preferred Qualifications:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

• 1 or more years\u2019 experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory\u00A0

• 1 or more years\u2019 experience working in a collaborative team environment\u00A0\u00A0

• Current or prior Invitae experience\u00A0\u00A0

• 1 or more years\u2019 experience working in a metric/volume driven role\u00A0\u00A0

• Strong data entry and typing skills\u00A0\u00A0

• High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve\u00A0\u00A0

• Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly\u00A0\u00A0

• Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field\u00A0\u00A0

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal\u00A0\u00A0

• Experienced in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

• Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home space\u00A0\u00A0

• Reliable high-speed internet connection\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

• Proficiency with remote collaboration\u00A0\u00A0

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.00 / hour \u00A0
