As Director/Senior Director, Integrated Solution Strategist (ISS) you will be a recognized professional in your area of expertise (technical, functional or therapeutic), with experience in design, operational conduct and successful delivery of clinical solutions globally. You will work in partnership with colleagues in Enterprise Accounts, Biotech Accounts, Commercial Operations and SBU's to optimize new business awards through the development of compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions to support client needs. You will also support Delivery and Marketing in your specific area of expertise to support SBU specific sales targets:Provide strategic guidance for major accountsAssist to identify and qualify new opportunitiesCraft creative solutions for specific sales campaignsDrive content to assist in early engagementKey Accountabilities:

Sales SupportParticipate as a member of the discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs and support clients through pre-award process, as requiredCreate a strong “outside-in”/One Parexel culture and drive a consultative approach which enables Parexel to develop unique business solutions for its customers and positions the value of those solutions to drive industry leadershipLead the solution development team and proactively engage with experts across Parexel to create bespoke solutions that maximize value for the customer and differentiate Parexel from its competitorsDrive the development of efficient, competitive and profitable solutions, scope and budgetsEnsure milestones, scope and hours budgeted are achievableEnsure appropriate assumptions are included in proposals/work ordersMaximize Parexel's ability to capture change in scope(CIS) through effective risk assessments and clarity of terms Maintain extensive knowledge of relevant products and pipelines and identify business opportunities for ParexelMaintain extensive knowledge of competitors, industry trends and innovations to best position Parexel to win new businessSolution CommunicationSupport the development of customer focused, well presented proposal content and budgets that clearly differentiates Parexel from its competitors and helps to drive growth of Parexel business across SBUsEnsure client responses reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, offers consistent messaging, conveys value proposition and critical success factorsDefine bid pursuit content; review and integrate content and considerations into Bid strategy as requiredSupport/participate in bid pursuit meetings as neededSolution Adoption & DeliveryEnsure effective handover and subsequent adoption of solution to SBU DeliveryMaintain efficient knowledge of solution delivery. Liaise, as required, with delivery oversight to ensure solution sold meets expectations of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.Drive the lessons learned feedback loop to achieve continual improvement of solution developmentConsult, as required, to assist delivery managementQualificationsSkills/Qualifications:10 - 15 years of experience in Life Sciences industry, with a strong exposure within area of Central Nervous System (CNS).
