About the Team

The Connection team develop market leading tech platforms for the healthcare markets and works with leading healthcare clients to drive patient engagement in real-time.

Role Summary

As a Customer Services Assistant, you will help deliver to a portfolio of healthcare clients across the UK a support and service desk. Managing the day-to-day contact, dealing with technical support queries, reporting and facilitating changes. Whether you are building long-term relationships or resolving, you will be acting as a brand champion and supporting customers by going the extra mile to ensure problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Answer and deal with all incoming calls/emails relating to clients queries and handling other calls if needed at peak times
  • Advising clients on how to use the IQVIA Connection Solution
  • Creating and implementing electronic documents / templates for feedback / auditing programmes and reports
  • Updating the Client Record Management system weekly
  • Monitoring incoming support requests and distributing as necessary.
  • Collaborating internally with other client engagement and development staff / teams
  • Adhering to data protection policies

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Assistant / Account Exec or similar who has:

  • Excellent communication skills (particularly your telephone manner)
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Pro-active thinking and supportive to change management
  • Confidence in using technology
  • Understands SaaS (Software as a Service)
  • The ability to build up relationships and build rapport over the phone
  • Time management skills/ Ability to handle competing priorities
  • Attention to detail / problem solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and application knowledge
