Paralegal/Contracts Associate

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Paralegal/Contracts Associate to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. • Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:
• Review sponsor and vendor contracts;
• Review confidentiality agreements;
• Send out executed contracts; and
• Draft termination letters to vendors
• Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
• Provide contract process support to internal teams;
• Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; and
• Complete special projects as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate;
• 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts adminstrator; and
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
