- 이전에 Lilly가 후원하는 신경과학 둘록세틴 임상 시험에 참여한 18세 이상의 남성 및 여성 외래 환자
- 모든 여성은 방문 1에서 음성 소변 임신 테스트를 받아야 합니다. 가임 여성은 의학적으로 허용되고 신뢰할 수 있는 피임 수단을 사용하는 데 동의해야 합니다.
- 정보에 입각한 동의서에 서명해야 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 지난 30일 이내에 연구 등록 시 적응증에 대한 규제 승인을 받지 않은 둘록세틴을 제외한 약물로 치료를 받은 자
- 조사관의 의견에 따르면 환자는 심각한 자살 위험이 있는 것으로 판단되었습니다.
- 심각하거나 불안정한 간 또는 신장 기능 또는 불안정한 협우각 녹내장.
- 1차 방문 전 14일 이내 또는 연구 기간 동안 또는 연구 약물 중단 후 5일 이내에 MAOI를 사용할 가능성이 있는 모노아민 옥시다제 억제제(MAOI)를 사용한 치료.
- Lilly 의사의 승인 없이 둘록세틴을 복용하는 동안 이전에 심각한 부작용을 경험한 모든 환자
