- Patients undergoing thoracic surgery that require the placement of left-sided double-lumen tubes
Exclusion Criteria:
- Abnoraml anatomy of tracheobronchail tree
- Intraluminal lesion in the left mainstem bronchus
- Anticipated difficult intubation
