Dette EAP er etablert for å gi tilgang til daraxonrasib for pasienter med tidligere behandlet metastatisk pankreatisk adenokarsinom i perioden før eventuell kommersiell tilgjengelighet. Pasienter kan være kvalifisert dersom de har progrediert, er intolerante overfor, eller ikke lenger forventes å ha nytte av tilgjengelig standardbehandling, og dersom de ikke kan delta i en klinisk studie med daraxonrasib på grunn av manglende kvalifisering eller manglende tilgang. Dette EAP er ment å dekke et udekket medisinsk behov og er ikke designet for å støtte kliniske utviklingsmål.

Daraxonrasib er et undersøkelseslegemiddel, administrert oralt, en RAS(ON)-hemmer som gis som monoterapi. Daraxonrasib vil bli levert av sponsoren kostnadsfritt i løpet av behandlingsvarigheten under dette programmet.

Beskrivelse

Inklusjonskriterier:

Minst 18 år gammel og har gitt informert samtykke.
Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) ytelsesstatus på 0 eller 1.
Histologisk eller cytologisk bekreftet PDAC med metastatisk sykdom.
Bevis for aktiv sykdomsprogresjon under eller etter den siste linjen med systemisk behandling for PDAC, basert på etterforskers vurdering.
Minst én tidligere linje med systemisk behandling i metastatisk setting, som må inkludere enten et fluoropyrimidin-basert eller gemcitabin-basert regime.
Har mottatt og progrediert, vært intolerant overfor tidligere standardbehandling, eller ikke lenger forventes å ha nytte av standardbehandlinger.
Tilstrekkelig benmarg, nyre-, lever- og koagulasjonsfunksjon.
Ikke kvalifisert for, eller ikke i stand til å delta i, en annen klinisk studie med daraxonrasib, hvis tilgjengelig.
I stand til å ta orale medisiner

Eksklusjonskriterier:

Historie om kjent metastatisk sykdom i sentralnervesystemet.
Samtidig systemisk kreftbehandling.
Betydelig kardiovaskulær sykdom.
Større GI-tilstander som kan påvirke evnen til å ta eller absorbere daraxonrasib (pasienter med tidligere Whipple-prosedyre er kvalifisert).
Aktiv ukontrollert systemisk infeksjon.
Større kirurgi innen 28 dager før inklusjon.
