Manager, Clinical Data Coding

Our Data Management department is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Manager, Clinical Data Coding to join our team. • Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of employees within Clinical Data Coding, including direct management of a team;
• Provide strategic input as well as oversee the development of accurate coding of medical terms and medications using industry-wide standards;
• Coordinate the assignment of appropriate dictionaries for meeting study requirements; and
• Develop and maintain coding guidelines

• BSN with 6-8 years of applicable experience preferred; Bachelor’s in Life Science with Data Management experience accepted;
• Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries preferred; and
• Experience working with clinical trials or within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
