Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Rockville, MD and surrounding areas.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary) 6:00am - 6:00pm; every other Saturday 7:00am - 11:00am

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

• Process billing information and collect payments when required

• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

• Maintain patient and specimen information logs

• Provide superior customer service to all patients

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

• Other Duties as assigned\u00A0

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years or more of phlebotomy experience

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour

All job offers will be\u00A0based on a candidate\u2019s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable\u00A0degrees/certifications,\u00A0as well as internal equity and market data.\u00A0

PST\u2019s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
