纳入标准:
- 年龄大于18岁的患者,性别不限。
- 诊断为脓毒症的重症患者,入住瓜达拉哈拉安蒂古奥市立医院“弗赖·安东尼奥·阿尔卡德”。
- 接受肠内营养的患者。
- 患者或其法定授权代表签署书面知情同意书。
排除标准:
- 有姜黄素过敏史或超敏反应的患者。
- 患有自身免疫性疾病或严重免疫抑制的患者。
- 处于终末状态、预期寿命少于48小时的患者。
- 存在肠内喂养不耐受、肠道缺血、肠梗阻、胰腺炎或短肠综合征的患者。
- 患有急性肝衰竭或失代偿性肝硬化的患者。
- 存在临床意义的活动性出血(例如,胃肠道出血、颅内出血等)的患者。
- 需要治疗性抗凝(华法林、直接口服抗凝药[DOACs]或全剂量肝素)的患者。
- 仅接受肠外营养的患者。
- 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

实验性的:姜黄素 + 标准治疗
此组的参与者将接受脓毒症的标准治疗,外加肠内给予的辅助姜黄素。
每位患者将每天三次服用2粒姜黄素胶囊(增强生物利用度的姜黄素制剂,含20%姜黄素),每粒胶囊500毫克(每粒含100毫克姜黄素),持续10天。
这相当于每天服用6粒胶囊,每日提供600毫克姜黄素。
治疗将在诊断后的预定入组窗口内开始。
所有其他治疗,包括抗菌药物和器官支持,仍将由治疗团队酌情决定。

该研究药物为口服、生物利用度增强的姜黄素制剂(Longvida®)。
每粒胶囊含有500毫克制剂,标准化为20%姜黄素,每粒胶囊提供100毫克活性姜黄素。
分配到实验组的参与者将连续10天每天三次(每8小时)服用2粒胶囊,总计每天6粒胶囊和600毫克姜黄素。
