Inclusion Criteria:

  • Chronic tension-type headache
  • Normal urine pH

Exclusion Criteria:

  • More than 1 migraine attack/month
  • Other major illnesses
  • Overuse of medicine/alcohol
  • Women not using AC
  • Pregnant/breast-feeding women
  • Allergy to memantine
