Summarized Purpose:
We are offering an opportunity for a Lead Fullstack Developer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across frontend and backend systems.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in fullstack application development
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop frontend and backend application components
- Build scalable APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Mentor developers and support technical best practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong expertise in frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and backend technologies (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Experience with API development and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Must Have Skills:
- Fullstack development expertise
- React/Angular and backend programming experience
- API and microservices development
- SQL and cloud platform knowledge
Good to Have Skills:
- DevOps and containerization tools
- AI/ML integration exposure
- Experience with enterprise systems integration
Working Hours:
- India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
- Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
