Pay: starting at $20.95/hour (10% shift differential for 2nd)

Greencastle, PA
This new innovative facility will provide additional distribution capacity for finished goods on the East Coast and help build a seamless supply chain to improve our customer experience.
How Will You Make an Impact?:
This isn\u2019t your ordinary warehouse job nor ordinary company. As a warehouse colleague, you will help deliver various types of research and laboratory products for universities, hospitals and doctors offices. You will be on the front lines of helping science make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
A Day in the Life:
Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and accurately process items for storage and/or shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements
Sustain a high level of quality to ensure customers receive accurate product and in the time requested.
Verify the quality, type and number of\u00A0materials received are accurate and appropriate documentation is present (e.g. packing list).
Safely operate distribution equipment, as required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
No previous work experience required
Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Attention to detail
Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly
Ability to read and write in English
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature (59\u201386 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and/or freezer-room (minus 4 \u2013 23 degrees F).
Walk, stand, reach, push, pull and lift up to 40lbs on a continuous basis.
Regularly climb ladders.
May occasionally sit, kneel, crouch and crawl.
May handle \u201Cpackaged\u201D hazardous\u00A0materials.
