Labcorp is seeking an AEM Frontend Developer to join our team at Bangalore/Mumbai, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!

Job Responsibilities
\u2022 Front-End Development: Develop and maintain responsive web experiences using semantic HTML, modern CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and approved frameworks and libraries within the AEM ecosystem. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
\u2022 AEM Component Delivery: Partner with AEM developers to implement component markup, client libraries, dialogs, authoring states, content models, and reusable presentation patterns using HTL/Sightly and AEM Core Components.
\u2022 Design System: Translate UX/UI specifications into reusable, documented components that align with Labcorp brand standards and support consistent experiences across business areas.
\u2022 Accessibility: Build and test to WCAG standards using semantic structure, keyboard navigation, focus management, ARIA where appropriate, color contrast, and assistive-technology validation.
\u2022 Performance: Optimize Core Web Vitals, page weight, asset loading, rendering, caching, images, fonts, and JavaScript execution to improve customer experience and search performance.
\u2022 Analytics & Personalization: Implement approved data-layer, tagging, experimentation, and personalization requirements in partnership with analytics and Adobe platform teams.
\u2022 Release & Operations: Support estimation, sprint delivery, production validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during approved deployment windows.
\u2022 Documentation & Transition: Maintain component documentation, coding standards, support notes, and knowledge-transfer artifacts; participate in agency shadow and reverse-shadow activities.

Minimum Qualifications
\u2022 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\u2022 7 or more years of software development experience, including delivery of enterprise, responsive websites.
\u2022 Strong hands-on experience developing front-end solutions using AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service.
\u2022 Proficiency in HTL/Sightly, AEM Client Libraries, AEM Core Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end component development within Adobe Experience Manager.
\u2022 Hands-on experience developing front-end capabilities in AEM using HTL/Sightly, client libraries, Core Components, and component-based design patterns.
\u2022 Experience with at least one modern framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue, and the ability to apply frameworks selectively within an AEM architecture.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, SEO fundamentals, web performance, Core Web Vitals, and debugging tools.
\u2022 Adobe Experience Manager certification
\u2022 Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications
\u2022 Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, tag management, personalization, and experimentation.
\u2022 Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and headless or hybrid AEM implementation patterns. Working knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and Maven
\u2022 Experience with high-traffic, regulated, healthcare, or multi-brand websites.

Additional Job Standards
