Data Management Study Coordinator

Labcorp is seeking a Data Management Study Coordinator to join our team in Shanghai, China.

The Data Management Study Coordinator is accountable for acting as the secondary liaison between Labcorp Drug Development and Sponsors, to ensure the successful management of global projects through compliance with the Labcorp Drug Development strategy, in order to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1.\u00A0Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Management personnel to assist in day-to-day activities as assigned.

2.\u00A0Support Clinical Data Manager during start up.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Create protocol folder(s) for study documentation.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Add entries into individual protocol spreadsheet.

3.\u00A0Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Labcorp Drug Development departments and business units.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Consult with Medical Affairs via a Med/Tech Affairs Request Form.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Collaborate with Project Management proactively and reactively regarding study questions.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Manage and resolve issues with Specimen Management.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Initiate data changes with the appropriate department and revise all non-compliant requests.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Partner with other Labcorp Drug Development departments and business units, and provide integrated support and process improvements as needed.

4.\u00A0Complete Quality Assurance tasks as assigned, while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Quality Check (QC) test files.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Deliver test files to clients and log into the metrics tool.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Obtain client approval and store auditable documentation.

5.\u00A0Provide ongoing client support (study maintenance).

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Address errors and client issues including queries.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Participate in study-related meetings.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Collaborate with clients regarding study modifications.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Maintain auditable documents.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Facilitate Data Management functions of end-to-end data lock processes.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Review the data transfer calendar and ensure that it is accurate.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Review the properties of data files and error reports. Inform Data Managers of any findings and follow-up as needed.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Ensure that all assigned transfers are completed each day.

6.\u00A0Attend training to increase Data Management Study Coordinator\u2019s capabilities (including corporate, departmental and sponsor-related training).

7.\u00A0Ensure uninterrupted client service.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Support peers by sharing technical knowledge and customer service skills.

\u00B7\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Back up peers as needed.

8.Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Bachelor Degree in Life Science.

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 2 years or more Data Management and/or Clinical Trials experience.

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Local language/s in addition to English language

\u00A0

Preferred Qualifications:

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Conversant with databases and database terminology.

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Strong technical aptitude.

\u2022\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Customer Service experience.
