Patient Qualification Team Supervisor

Job responsibilities

  • Manage day to day operations of PQ agent team (15+ direct reports) 
  • Develop screening scripts based on study protocols
  • Assign work to PQ agents
  • Monitor and coach agent performance per department KPIs
  • Report on team performance and hold monthly meetings
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with agents
  • Onboard and train new agents
  • Manage timecards and attendance of agents
  • Setup new study campaigns in portal and dialer systems

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in a customer service role with people supervisory experience
  • Enthusiasm and a sincere desire to help improve the lives of the people we talk to - A MUST
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in Healthcare or with medical terminology is preferred
