Inclusion Criteria:
- Adult patients ventilated more than 48 h
- Stable respiratory and hemodynamic conditions for SBT
- Consent of patients
- Arterial line
Exclusion Criteria:
- Laryngeal dyspnea
- Tracheostomy
- Arythmya
- No echogenicity
- Paraplegia >T8
