調査の概要
詳細な説明
この研究には2回の治療期間が含まれます。
研究期間 I は、患者の無作為化 (研究 HBBO への登録) から開始し、最初の 2 年間の治療まで継続します。
研究期間 II は、LY2140023 による治療に無作為に割り付けられた患者のみを対象とし、患者が 2 年目の治療を完了した後に開始されます。
登録に適格な患者は、3:1 の比率 (それぞれ LY2140023 と標準治療) で 2 つの治療群に無作為に割り付けられます: LY2140023 の柔軟な 1 日 2 回投与または標準治療 (オランザピン、リスペリドン、アリピプラゾール、またはクエチアピン）。
LY2140023 に割り当てられた者は、治験責任医師が適切と判断した場合、2 年後に LY2140023 を継続するオプションがあります。

- -LY2140023の急性プラセボ対照臨床試験のすべての参加基準を満たし、完了している必要があります（研究H8Y-MC-HBBM、または他の急性プラセボ対照LY2140023研究など、それらの研究のプロトコルで許可されている場合） .
- 出産の可能性のある女性患者は、単一の効果的で医学的に許容される避妊法を使用することに同意する必要があります。
- 患者は信頼できると見なされ、プロトコルで要求されるすべてのテストと検査を実行するのに十分なレベルの理解を持っている必要があります。
- 患者は、研究の性質を理解し、自身のインフォームド コンセントを与えることができなければなりません。
除外基準:
- -現在登録されているか、治験薬または薬物またはデバイスの承認されていない使用（LY2140023を除く）を含む臨床試験から過去30日以内に中止されている、または科学的または科学的でないと判断された他の種類の医学研究に同時に登録されているこの研究と医学的に互換性があります。
- -このプロトコルで指定されているオランザピン、リスペリドン、アリピプラゾール、クエチアピン、またはLY2140023による治療が、相対的または絶対的に臨床的に禁忌である患者。
- -研究登録前の12か月以内に毎日200 mgを超える用量でクロザピンによる治療を受けた患者、または研究登録前の月にクロザピンをまったく投与されなかった患者。
