- 2回のスクリーニング来院のそれぞれで、総テストステロンレベルが300ナノグラム/デシリットル（ng/dL）未満[10.4ナノモル/リットル（nmol/L）]未満
- テストステロン欠乏症の症状が少なくとも 1 つあり、これにはエネルギーの低下または性的衝動の低下が含まれます。
- スクリーニング時の前立腺特異抗原 (PSA) <4 ナノグラム/ミリリットル (ng/ml)
除外基準:
- 研究期間中のいつでも妊娠している、または妊娠している性的パートナー
- スクリーニング前の6か月間の長時間作用型筋肉内（IM）テストステロンウンデカン酸テストステロンまたはテストステロンペレットの使用
- スクリーニング時 BMI (Body Mass Index) >37 キログラム/平方メートル (kg/m^2)
