チーム ハンドボールは、特に前十字靭帯 (ACL) の損傷に関して、外傷を伴うスポーツです。 若い女性は、男性と比較して、ACL 断裂を維持する可能性が 3 ~ 5 倍高いため、より脆弱です。

- 少なくとも 2 年間の集中トレーニング ハンドボールの練習、計画外のサイドステップ カット操作の技術的なジェスチャーの習得
- 週に最低 5 時間のトレーニング量
- 同意書の署名(未成年者は参加者と保護者)
除外基準:
- 外傷性かどうかにかかわらず、下肢の最近の骨関節病変(つまり、3か月未満)

対象者は、プラットフォームの中央にあるテスト対象の下肢で、一脚支持 (地面に片足のみ) になります。
「Y」を形成する 3 本の線は、前部 (ANT)、後内側 (PM)、後外側 (PL) の 3 つの方向で担当する下肢に従って配置されます。
目標は、開始位置に戻る前に、足の先端を解放して、3 つの方向すべてで可能な限り長い距離に到達することです。
被験者は、各下肢の方向ごとに 4 つのトレーニング試行を行い、平均を維持するために 3 つの試行を記録します。

被験者は段差から落ちて片足で着地し、できるだけ高くジャンプして同じ足で再び安定します。
ステップの高さは30cmです。
対象者は指示を厳守して 3 回連続してジャンプを行います: 地面のマークの高さまで落下し、地面で最小限の時間を費やしながら、できるだけ高くバウンドします。
指示と測定が再現できるように、被験者は地面との 2 回目の接触中に 3 秒間安定する必要があります。

目的は、ハンドボールの練習における被験者の日常の行動に近い、予想外のプレー状況を作成することです。 被験者は、通常のトレーニング中に使用されるダミーによってシミュレートされた対戦相手の前で、サイドステップのカット操作を行います。 被験者は一直線に全力疾走し、力のプラットフォームで射撃腕の側面で急速に方向転換するか、直線で走り続けます。 光信号がランダムにプレーヤーに操作を実行する必要がある方向を示します。 運動学とダイナミクス (膝モーメント) のコンピューター再構築が実行されます。

したがって、圧力中心 (CoP) の変位量に応じて、固有受容重み付け比 (dRPW) が計算され、そこから姿勢課題中に CNS によってさまざまな固有受容入力に割り当てられる重みが推定されます。
