AIM 1B. うつ病がpwMSの特定の末梢血免疫炎症プロファイルと相関するかどうかを判断する.
各参加者から末梢血サンプルを取得して、次のことを実行します。 2) 血中リンパ球および単球のサイトカイン産生プロファイルを研究するための細胞内サイトカイン産生。
目的 2. うつ病の有無にかかわらず pwMS での GABA 産生を定量化し、in vitro で腸内微生物叢と免疫系の相互作用を決定する。
