説明
Inclusion Criteria:
- Age between 14 to 25.
- Patients who need upper or all four first premolar extraction for canine retraction.
- No systemic disease.
- No previous extraction of permanent teeth.
- Not receiving medical treatment that could interfere with bone metabolism.
- A good level of oral hygiene.
- No periodontal disease or radiographic evidence of bone loss
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Periodontally compromised patients. 2. Missing teeth. 3. Systemic diseases. 4. Drug dependencies. 5. Uncooperative patient.

実験的：Retraction of Maxillary Anterior Teeth (en-mass) aided with low level LAZER therapy.
|
Application of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) as an adjunct to conventional en-masse retraction to accelerate tooth movement. |
|
実験的：Retraction of Maxillary Anterior Teeth (en-mass) aided with piezocision method.
|
Minimally invasive surgical procedure (piezocision) used alongside conventional mechanics to facilitate accelerated tooth movement during en-masse retraction. |
