<h2≥Job Overview:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"≥The Global Kit Production Planner/Master scheduler will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule management system.  The main function is to schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production level. This individual would be accountable for evaluation of product and workflow management.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"≥The Production Planner can monitor material flow to ensure shipping goals are met and collaborate with engineering personnel on the creation of production bills of materials. They can collaborate with information technology personnel to analyze and create enhanced functionality in manufacturing applications. Production Planner/Master schedulers can also interface with organizational stakeholders to better understand business goals and revise master schedules as needed. This individual supports the 24 hours a day seven days a week operation and can also service as back-up to the global kit production manager. They are also responsible for successful implementation and support of the global site support strategy, output and continuous growth, on time delivery and development of the department and team members.  General job responsibilities include using historical performance data to create schedules, collaborating with production and material personnel to ensure streamlined operations, and conducting training on issues like demand flow for new programs. Master schedulers may evaluate and determine estimated equipment set-ups, cycle times, and work center hours.
