조직학적으로 확인된 유방의 유관 암종(DCIS*) 또는 침윤성* 선암종
- 0기, I기 또는 II기 질병
  - II기 종양은 ≤ 3cm여야 합니다.
- 육안적 질병은 단일 병소여야 합니다.
  - 전체 병리학적 종양 크기가 ≤ 3cm인 경우 현미경적 다초점 허용
- 1사분면 이상 또는 4cm 이상 떨어져 있는 확인된 다발성 암종 없음
- 비상피성 유방 악성종양(예: 육종 또는 림프종) 없음 참고: *호르몬 수용체 상태와 관계없이 DCIS가 있는 50세 이상의 환자 및 다음 기준을 모두 충족하는 침습성 유방암 환자: ≥ 50세 , 결절 음성 및 호르몬 수용체 양성 상태는 2006년 12월 30일 이후 연구에 등록되지 않습니다.
다음 중 하나를 포함하여 침윤성 유방암 환자에게 필요한 사전 겨드랑이 병기:
- 감시 림프절 생검 단독(감시 림프절이 음성인 경우)
- 감시 림프절 생검 후 액와 절제술 또는 6개 이상의 액와 림프절로 샘플링(감시 림프절이 양성인 경우)
- 6개 이상의 겨드랑이 결절이 있는 겨드랑이 단독 절개
양성 겨드랑이 노드가 3개 이하
- 미시적 또는 거시적 피막외 확장의 확실한 증거가 있는 겨드랑이 결절 없음
- 양성 비액와 감시 림프절 없음(유방내 림프절은 액와 림프절로 병기됨)
- 동측 또는 반대측 겨드랑이, 쇄골위, 쇄골하 또는 내부 유방 림프절이 종양에 대해 음성이라는 조직학적 확인이 없는 한 만져지거나 방사선학적으로 의심스러운 림프절이 없음
유방 절제술을 받아야합니다
- 조직학적으로 종양이 없는 절제된 마진
- 수술 마진의 재절제 허용
- 대상 유방 절제술 구멍이 명확하게 묘사되고 수술 후 무작위화 전 CT 스캔을 기준으로 대상 유방 절제술/전체 유방 참조 부피 ≤ 30%
- 지난 42일 이내의 최종 수술(즉, 종괴절제술, 절제연 재절제 또는 액와 병기 절차)
생검을 통해 양성으로 확인되지 않는 한 동측 또는 반대측 유방에 의심스러운 미세석회화, 밀도 또는 뚜렷한 이상 없음
유두의 파제트병 없음
침윤성 유방암 또는 DCIS의 병력 없음
- 수술만으로 치료한 선행 소엽 상피내암 허용
동기식 양측 침습성 또는 비침습성 유방암 없음
자격을 갖춘 시설에서 방사선 종양 전문의가 기술적으로 제공할 수 있다고 간주하는 부분 유방 방사선 조사
지난 4개월 이내에 병력 및 신체 검사를 받았고 지난 6개월 이내에 양쪽 유방 촬영 사진을 받아야 합니다.
호르몬 수용체 상태:
- 알려진 에스트로겐 수용체(ER) 상태
- ER 분석이 음성인 경우 알려진 프로게스테론 상태
