포함 기준:
- 18세 이상
- 부상 심각도 점수 > 15(예상되는 외상 사망률 지표)
- 외과 외상 ICU(STICU) 입원
- 입원 후 72시간 이내 수술 예정
- 미국 마취학회 환자 분류 상태(ASA) 2-5
- 수술 후 24시간 이내에 젖산 > 2.5 또는 염기 결핍 ≥ - 5mmol/L, 또는 수술 후 24시간 이내에 승압제 지원이 지속적으로 요구되는 경우
- 수술에 동의하기 전에 기계 환기가 필요한 환자
- 최소한의 동맥 라인을 포함하는 혈관 장치

Protocol-directed fluid administration for optimization of stroke volume variation and cardiac performance.
Volume challenge options included crystalloids (normal saline, hypertonic saline, lactated Ringer's), blood products, and albumin
Protocol-directed vasopressor administration based on hemodynamic monitoring data.
Agents included norepinephrine, phenylephrine, epinephrine, dopamine, and vasopressin.
Protocol-directed inotropic support based on hemodynamic monitoring data.
