  • 患者必须患有 I 型或 II 型糖尿病。
  • 有临床诊断阳性的感觉症状，如麻木、刀割样疼痛、灼痛、酸痛、异常性疼痛和刺痛感，出现时间不超过 5 年，但稳定 6 个月。
  • HbA1C 小于或等于 12%。 HbA1C 大于 9% 的患者必须进行胰岛素治疗。
