Denne protokol er rettet mod patienter med ikke-småcellet lungekræft (NSCLC)
Beskrivelse
For kohorte 1 inklusion har/er deltageren:
- En kendt eller mistænkt NSCLC behandlet med helbredende hensigter
- Gennemgået eller planlægger at gennemgå en kirurgisk resektion
- 18 år eller ældre
- Villig og i stand til at give informeret samtykke
- Er villig til at få udtaget yderligere blodprøver under rutinemæssige overvågningsbesøg
For Cohort 2 Inclusion har/er deltageren:
- Histologisk eller cytologisk dokumenteret Stage IV NSCLC (de novo metastatisk eller tilbagefaldsindstilling) er ikke modtagelig for helbredende kirurgi eller strålebehandling.
- Beregnet til førstelinjeimmunterapi (som monoterapi eller i kombination med kemoterapi)
- Tumorer, der mangler aktiverende EGFR-mutationer og ALK-fusioner
- 18 år og ældre
- Villig og i stand til at give informeret samtykke
- Er villig til at få udtaget yderligere blodprøver under rutinemæssige overvågningsbesøg
Ekskluderingskriterier (begge kohorter):
- Mistænkt sarkoidose, lymfom eller metastatisk cancer fra andre steder (dvs. dem uden en kendt eller formodet primær diagnose af NSCLC)

- Patienter med en sekundær malignitet <2 år før indskrivning
